Consultation Fees:

• Initial Individual Consultation: $200 or €160
• Individual Consultation including discussion of chart of Significant Other (with their permission): $260 or €210 (2 hour consultation)

Pre-payment of half the fee is kindly required to book all consultations. Payment is accepted by check, cash or credit card (Paypal). Due to the extensive time and work which goes into preparing your chart no refund can be made after booking.  However, your appointment can be postponed to a later date with at least 24 hour notice. You will be issued with a receipt upon payment. What information is needed to prepare a chart? 

• Your Date of birth - to avoid confusion please send me your month of birth in words rather than number form e.g. 3/March/1978
• Time of birth - if known.  Please specify how accurate this is. If you do not know your exact time of birth, I can still do a consultation or refer you to a colleague who can rectify the chart for you.
• Your email, mailing address and contact telephone number

Are sessions recorded? 

Yes, all sessions are digitally recorded and copied onto a CD for your use. However, as with any piece of equipment, there can be no guarantees with the recording despite my best endeavours. I do not keep copies of any of the recordings. 

How long do consultations last?

• Individual Consultations: 1 1/2 hours
• Follow up consultations: 1 hour
• Consultations including chart of Significant Other - 2 hours
• Consultations with Couples: 2 hours
• Consultations for Children: 1 hour
• Consultations with teenagers/transition year students - 1 hour

Are consultations suitable for everyone? 

As with most forms of therapeutic work there are some times in life when this work is unlikely to be beneficial to you including:  

• If you are currently experiencing an active mental health issue
• If you are presently abusing substances of any kind
• If you have had a close bereavement within the past three month

Phone consultations are free within the USA if I am based there at the time of our consultation. Otherwise you may choose to either call me or I am happy to call you for an additional charge of €10 or $12. 

Use of Computer Programs to prepare your Chart: I use the Solar Fire Computer Program to print your actual chart. The interpretation work is done solely by me, without the aid of any computerized printouts. Hence they are totally individual to you. It takes me an average of 2- 3 hours to prepare an individual chart and 3 - 8 hours to prepare the charts of couples.                     

Concessions: I offer some concessionary rates - please e-mail or call me to discuss. I will not refuse to do a consultation due to limited financial resources when needed. I am also open to a skill exchange. Kamaina discounts available - contact me for details. Discounted Fees for all students who have attended my courses: $170 for chart consultation and $80 for follow ups.
